Brothers Nylon Archive Lost Elevator Grooves

Florida-based twin brothers Mike and Nick Rufolo continue their Nylon Archives compilation series with a third volume, gathering all thirteen Elevator Vibes tunes previously scattered across their streaming channels and hard drives.

The Rufolos work with a division of labor that yields remarkable warmth: Mike handles drums, recording, and overdubs through his analog tape console, while Nick plays every other instrument. The result is a warm instrumental collection of funk, soul, jazz, and everything in between that spans forty minutes across thirteen tracks.

This archival effort, curated by BMM Records, offers a cross-section of the duo's prolific output—they've released over thirty albums since 2013—without imposing a singular genre constraint. The collection includes their most-streamed cut, Elevator Vibes 1, alongside lesser-known material now properly sequenced.
